How do I get started?

To start, make sure you are logged into your Woods Account. If you do not have a Woods Account, you can create one here. Once you are logged in, simply click on the “Shop online” icon and start shopping the thousands of products available!

How much does the service cost?

There is no service fee for your first 3 orders, after that the fee is only $4.95.

How do I pay for my online order?

You can choose to pay online for your order with a debit or credit card, or during pickup with a check, cash, E.B.T. or Woods Supermarket gift cards.

Will my order total always match the order total I am quoted at checkout?

For orders containing produce, deli, seafood and meat items that are priced by weight, your Personal Shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order may vary slightly.

Can I use coupons and promo codes with my online order?

You can load digital coupons directly on to your Woods Rewards Card here.
All valid manufacturer coupons are welcome with your Woods On The Go Online order. Simply select the “Pay In Store” option and when you arrive at the store, hand the coupons to your Personal Shopper. Your order will then be adjusted before payment to reflect the deductions.

You can also use Promotional Codes. If you have a Promotional Code, enter it in the PROMOTIONAL CODE box during checkout. Your order total will then be adjusted when you pick up your order.

Is online pricing the same as in store pricing?

Yes. However, please note that Woods Supermarket advertised online prices change every Wednesday at 12:01 am. If you are ordering sale items at the beginning of the week for Wednesday or later pickup, you will be charged the actual shelf price of the items on the day the order is picked. Your estimated total may vary due to the change in advertised prices along with the minor price variations for items sold by weight.

How much lead time is required for my order?

Online orders can be picked up between the hours of 8 am and 8:30 pm and in as little as 2 hours

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed within each pickup time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout.

Where do I pick up my groceries?

Your order can be picked up at your local Woods Supermarket in one of our designated Woods On The Go Online pickup locations. Simply press the curbside call button or call the number listed at your time of arrival and we’ll deliver your groceries to your car.

How will I know if my items will be fresh?

Your Woods On The Go order is always hand-selected in store by one of our trained Personal Shoppers, and freshness is always guaranteed.

Can I give my personal shopper instructions on my order?

Yes. Special instructions can be added to each individual item or in the comments box at the time of checkout.

Should I tip my personal shopper?

It is our pleasure to provide this service to you. Therefore, Personal Shoppers do not accept tips. Your return business, the recommendation to friends and family, and thanks are the best tip we can receive.
